AUDIT MANAGER POSITION SUMMARY
The Audit Manager is expected to correctly perform routine engagement procedures in a timely and professional manner and will both prepare and review audits engagement. An Audit Manager is familiar with audit standard concepts, practices, and procedures. He/she trains and encourages staff members not only on a day-to-day basis, but also for the long-term by serving as a mentor; this requires balancing assigned workload between self and staff. He/she must be able to provide forward-looking services that are creative and innovative.
Audit Manager Duties and Requirements
- 6-12 years of experience, particularly in managing A&A jobs
- CPA license is required
- Provide guidance/expertise and participation in the performance of all accounting and auditing procedures
- Responsible for supervising and reviewing the work of others
- Knowledge with the PPC audit approach a plus but not required
- Collaborate with A&A team members to plan objectives and audit strategies
- Successfully monitor the audit engagement team against both the original audit plan and the budget and alter if necessary
- Performs other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:
Current Senior student pursuing a degree in accounting.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Demonstrated leadership in work and academics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact comfortably at all levels of the organization including with senior level leaders.
- Excellent technical skills including a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and perform with high level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
- Ability to analyze and problem solve.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist with preparing both personal and business tax returns.
- Perform bank reconciliation, bookkeeping, and prepare financial statements for corporations by using bookkeeping software.
- Validate data, daily, through cooperation from team members and regular spot checks.
- Perform additional Business Operations duties and tasks, as assigned.
- Handle sensitive information with honesty and integrity.

We are currently seeking a senior accountant with the following qualifications:
- 1-3 years of accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- QuickBooks experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Knowledge of GAAP
Responsibilities Include:
The Senior Accountant will oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying financial transactions.
- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain general ledger
- Prepare month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Assist with tax audits and tax returns
- Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency
- Ensure accuracy and effectiveness in all accounting tasks
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
We are currently seeking a staff accountant with the following qualifications:
- 1-3 years of accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- QuickBooks experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Knowledge of GAAP
Responsibilities Include:
- Reconciliation of GL, banks statements, revenue and expenditure accounts
- Preparation of year-end audit reports
- Direction of internal and external audits to ensure compliance
- Support month-end and year-end closing process
- Fixed asset accounting
- Post cash receipts
- Vendor management system collection and dispute resolution
- Effective written and oral communication
Tax Manager
TAX SUPERVISOR POSITION SUMMARY
The Tax Supervisor will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns and conferring with clients on tax-related matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax preparation and/or review, compliance, and consulting, along with leadership qualities such as excellent communication, mentoring skills, ambition to lead, and the ability to drive results.
Tax Supervisor Requirements
- Accounting degree
- 4-6 years of experience with tax preparation and/or review
- Strong technical knowledge and project management skills
- Client service oriented
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
